Recommended Merchant Actions
CreditNow! CN-3000 and CN-3100 AutoProcessor returns a Recommended Merchant Action for each declined transaction.
These recommended actions are processor-independent
| Code | Merchant Action |
|---|---|
| CALL | Call your processor for further instructions |
| DECLINE | Transaction declined. Try to resolve with customer |
| ERROR | Invalid data sent. Fix and resend |
| RETRY | Send transaction back at any time |
| VOICE | Obtain a voice authorization from your processor. |
| WAIT | Wait 2-3 days before sending back or resolve with customer |
