Using the CN!Express Registry Utility
You should only use the CN!Express Registry Utility when requested by Auric Systems International Customer Support. This utility provides debugging capabilities to help our support staff identify and correct any problems you may experience while processing transactions.
- Download the CN!Express Registry Utility from our downloads page.
- Run cnxRegUtil.exe
- Select the radio buttons as instructed by Customer Support. There is a separate set of selections for the Single User and AutoProcessor products.
- Click the Set button associated with the radio button you just changed.
- Click Close to exit the program.
Now quit your CN!Express application (either Single User or AutoProcessor) and start it up again. CN!Express reads the new settings when it starts and will generate the appropriate log and/or trace files.
