Please read the instructions before updating CN!Express CX-7000
What version are you running?
While running CN!Express CX-7000 AutoProcessor Click Help -> About in the Menu Bar to view the version you are running.
Note:
16-Bit CN!Express Single Users / CN!Express AutoProcessor
Version 2.1 or prior version users are encouraged to
upgrade.

Steps for updating CN!Express CX-7000.
- You must have Administrative privileges on Windows in order to update this software. Please contact your IT department, application specialist, or resident technical support if you are not an administrator.
- Complete all transactions currently in the queue.
- Pause CN!Express CX-7000.
- Exit the CN!Express CX-7000 ( Shut down Server).
- Backup all files and subdirectories in the CN!Express CX-7000 directory and keep them in a safe place.
- Download the latest update CN!Express CX-7000 (CN!Express CX-7000 Update).
- Run the update program (this is the same as the installer) SetupCNAP.4.x.x.x.exe, following the prompts until complete.
- Restart the CN!Express CX-7000 application, the update is complete.
