About Auric Systems International

Headquartered in downtown Peterborough New Hampshire, Auric Systems International has been producing credit card and transaction processing applications since 1994.

Our software is deployed in businesses that range in size from having one to 800 operators. Our core competency in database development is key to the speed and efficiency of our transaction processing tools. We deliver robust, adaptable, scalable solutions at reasonable prices. Ray Cote, Founder and CEO, has been in the software business since 1979 when, as the Executive Editor of Byte Magazine, he was writing code one byte at a time.

Auric Systems International is a division of Appropriate Solutions, Inc., a software development house that has produced commercial, financial, hospitality, and consumer products since 1987. We are, at our core, a development house. Our credit card processing software is all built and supported in-house by our experienced programming team.

Our experience in developing client/server and web-based applications covers a variety of platforms including Windows, Macintosh, Linux, and OpenBSD. Our customers range in size from a Fortune 1000 member to a mom and pop general store. We build both off-the-shelf applications and custom packages. Our software is designed for efficiency and ease of use. We strive to maintain high standards in security. We take pride in our old-school "retail" mentality.
